My Butcher is a family butchery at El Shammah Farm, Greytown, KwaZulu-Natal. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • The details of your orders, including the products you buy and your delivery or collection choice.
  • Messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

  • To prepare, deliver and invoice your orders and to contact you about them.
  • To answer your questions and special requests.
  • To send you news about specials, only if you have asked us to. You can opt out at any time.

Payments

Online payments are processed by PayFast. Your card and banking details are entered on PayFast's secure site and are never stored by us.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with people who help us fulfil your order (for example our delivery drivers), our payment provider and the services that host our website and send our emails. We never sell your information.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to keep your basket and log you in. We do not use advertising cookies.
