Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms with your advisor before relying on them.

Ordering

All products are sold as finished packs at the fixed price shown. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. Product photos are for illustration and packs may look slightly different.

Payment

Orders are paid online through PayFast before delivery or collection. Orders that are not paid within 48 hours may be cancelled automatically.

Delivery

  • We deliver on the delivery dates shown at checkout. Orders must be placed before the cut-off date for that delivery.
  • Each delivery area has a minimum order value, shown at checkout.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive your order and keep it refrigerated or frozen on arrival.

Collection

Collection orders can be collected during business hours once we let you know they are ready. Please bring your order number.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Because our products are perishable and prepared to order, orders can only be changed or cancelled before the cut-off date. If there is a problem with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection and we will make it right.
